Dermarta give builders a good name! My experience with them was brilliant and I would enlist them again in a shot. They are honest, professional, polite and the cleanest builders I’ve ever met! The quality of the craftsmanship was excellent, attention to detail superb and the finish was perfect… And I’m not easy to please. I was so happy with the result that I’ve already recommended them to two friends. They are definitely a builder you can trust… Something I never thought I’d say!

When you next see Les can you thank him from us for doing such a great job. Even though he only have 2 days he really did a complete paint job, cleaned up very well, and even made a couple of suggestions that improved the work that we asked him to do. He is also just a really nice bloke!

Dermarta Ltd completed a ground floor extension and total renovation on our property in 2011. The major project was completed on time and within the agreed budget. Dermot “threw” extra tradesman at the job to make the deadline. The original quote was clear and thorough and detailed exactly what was to be included in the price. We received regular progress updates including the council building control inspector’s reports. All official documentation for gas, electricity and building control was signed off and received. Dermot also provided us with his network of architect and structural engineers. We will be using them again!

Dermot and the boys completed a renovation of our house in SW19. This included internal reconfiguration, structural works, removing a chimney breast, new kitchen, bathroom, cloak room toilet, central heating, total rewire of electrics, decoration, and landscape gardening. They also redid our entrance pathway in fabulous Victorian tiles. Despite living in a building site much of the duration it was actually a little sad to see the boys go. They were fantastic with our 2 year old who learnt a few new skills! The company were polite, considerate and showed alot of respect in their cleanliness and time keeping. I would and already have highly recommended them to anyone who will listen! After some horror stories you here about and see on the TV it was a relief to have a company you can trust.

We had our loft conversion done by Dermarta. It is fantastic! We had heard that the big loft companies only come to quote and pick up cheques at the end. The Dermarta team were always early, always neat and tidy, completed in 8 weeks including the bathroom and decorating! We went for a mansard so it is quite large and a bit more involved but worth it in the end.So much space!!

Very happy with the whole process. Dermot was excellent in talking through options, and responded very promptly via text and calls throughout.

Dermot arranged for his tiler to come at short notice and he completed the job to a high finish. The guys went out of their way to solve an unforeseen problem…

I enlisted the services of Dermarta for a property development project in Brixton. I chose them because they had the most professional quote which made it clear exactly what I was paying for. The project involved a new layout for an extended kitchen dining room, new bathroom, electrics, central heating and decorating throughout. Every step of the project was “no problem”. I had complete confidence in their abilities and trusted them all the way. They exceeded my expectations and came in under budget and before the due date. I recently had my plumbing pipes reconfigured and hot water pump replaced by Marek and Dermot. Prior to this I had two big London plumbing firms with big reputations and high street presence give me both an incorrect diagnosis and a large bill to pay for work that had to be fixed again. Marek and Dermot were honest, reliable and obviously knew what they were doing! I could not recommend them highly enough. My hot water is a dream!!

Dermot and his team were professional and thorough. Moreover, they were very kind and honest – the kind of team who paid attention to detail and yet never charged us extra for tiny things they discovered needed doing during the course of the renovation of our flat. In our case the team did a full sand-down and re-paint of a two-bedroom flat; drained, removed and re-fitted all our radiators; dug out and re-fixed a soggy bathroom floor and did several smaller things, such as choosing and re-placing a new extractor fan for our cooker. They took care to clean up after themselves daily and to leave us notes with regard to their progress and expected time scale. They also bought all their own supplies (and we liked the quality of their choices) so that we never had to go to a hardware store or paint shop. We felt we were in very safe hands and would highly recommend the team.

Dermot and his team recently fully redecorated our flat. They built a new bathroom floor, tiled the bathroom, and connected the bathroom plumbing, painting, radiators and electrics. They did a fantastic job, were a pleasure to work with and the attention to detail was superb. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Dermot and Marek have completed some work in our house. This work entailed fitting a new shower mixer, including the detiling and retiling. Marek also rewired the lights in the loft, fixed a leak in the roof, dry walled and screed storage space in the eaves of the loft space. This work was completed in a timely manner and was good value. I will be availing of their services in the near future.
